2. Our Services
We don’t retain information or data other than what is necessary to offer the services we provide on our website. We will never request, keep, or use any data that is not strictly necessary for the proper function of our website and our service.

4. Required Period
All data collected is retained for as long as it is required to perform and deliver our services. As soon as data is no longer necessary, we delete it.
5. Card & Payment Processing Data
All card payments and purchases are handled by third-party payment providers, who handle all data securely. We do not see, use, or retain any card or payment information ourselves. We comply with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and only use this data to process your purchase securely. Some data must be retained in order to comply with our legal obligations regarding tax and VAT.
6. Backup & Data Storage
In order to backup and preserve your data where necessary (when we need to continue to provide services), we may transfer some data to secure third-party storage services outside of the EEA (European Economic Area). This only applies to customer data and email subscription data.
7. Customer Requests
As one of our users or customers you have the right to ask to see any data we currently hold that relates to you at any time and without cost. You can also ask that we alter or delete any such data. However, if we delete your data we may be unable to continue to offer support or provide services to you.
8. Email Updates
We send our regular newsletters and information via email to users who have specifically given us permission to do so. Every communication we send to you will come with clear information on what you need to do to unsubscribe from these lists if you no longer want to receive emails from us. This service is strictly opt-in and based on previous consent as mandated by Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will only send you emails if you have given us clear permission to do so.
9. Our Promise
We will never share mailing lists with external parties without your consent, nor will we sell, rent, or exchange our email address data.
10. Data Sharing With Partners
We work with partners to deliver our services, but we do not share commercial or technical data with them without first checking with you for your permission. If we ask to share your data we will always explain exactly how it is going to be used.
Even in cases where we do share your data with your specific prior approval, we will only do so with partners that are also in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11. Spam
In order to comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 we never send unsolicited spam or bulk email communication to any email addresses we hold.
